Professor Billy Cheung is a breast surgeon and Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of Hong Kong. After graduating from HKU, he completed his surgical training and obtained his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. His exceptional skills and knowledge were recognized with the esteemed Li Shield’s Medal by the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong.

Professor Cheung’s research is comprehensive, addressing critical areas in breast health. He is actively investigating novel approaches in breast oncology to improve patient outcomes. He is also working on various innovative projects to enhance patients' treatment journeys.

Professor Cheung's commitment to medicine extends beyond the operating room into the classroom. As a passionate advocate for advancing medical education, he formalized his expertise by earning a Master of Education in 2021. He contributes to the development of future doctors through research and active participation in various educational committees.
