Dexter Chan

Dr. Dexter Chan is Associate Consultant in Vascular Surgery at Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong. He was previously Consultant General and Vascular Surgeon at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore prior to his current role.

Dr. Chan obtained his MBBS and BMedSci degrees from Australia, Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS), and both a Master of Medicine in Surgery and a Master of Public Health from the National University of Singapore.

Dr. Chan’s research spans peripheral vascular diseases, diabetic limb salvage, venous disorders, and dialysis access salvage. He has authored several peer-reviewed publications and is deeply committed to advancing minimally invasive vascular techniques and delivering patient-centered care.

Dr. Chan is an active member of the global vascular surgery community, holding esteemed memberships in the Society for Vascular and Endovascular Surgeons of Singapore and the American Venous Forum.
