  • Registrants for the Pre-Forum and Post-Forum Workshops will be signed up for the workshops only, if you would like to sign up for Hong Kong Surgical Forum, please sign up individually at Hong Kong Surgical Forum Registration column. 

  • Places on the Pre-Forum Workshop and Post-Forum Workshop are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. For interested parties, please sign up via the Workshops Registration column. Successful applicants will be informed by the forum secretariat by email (hksf@hku.hk) individually.

  • Online registration will close on 7 January 2020 18:00 (Hong Kong time, GMT+8). Onsite registration (for lectures only) is available on 9 January 2020 (Thursday).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The registration fee will be refunded if a request for cancellation is received at hksf@hku.hk on or before 1 January.
The following policy will be observed:

  • On or before 1 January     50% Fee Refundable

  • After 1 January                   Nil
