Professor Yoon-Suk Lee is a Professor in Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, College of Medicine, The Catholic University of Korea since March 2017.  He is also Chief of Division of Colorectal Surgery in the same institution from 2021.   He earned his medical degree in the College of Medicine, The Catholic University of Korea in 1990 to 1996.  

Professor Lee was a Surgical Resident in the Catholic University of Korea from 1997 to 2001.  He became a Research Fellow in Department of Colorectal Surgery after completion of military services as Flight Surgeons in the Korean Air Force in 2004.  

Professor Lee's active involvement in various professional societies includes Korean Medical Association, Korean Surgical Society, Korean Society of Coloproctology, Korean Society of Endoscopy & Laparoscopic Surgery (KSELS), Korean Society of Surgical Oncology, Korean Surgical Ultrasound Society, Korean Society of Surgical Metabolism and Nutrition, Korean Association of Robotic Surgeons and Korean Surgical Infection Society.
