Professor Jackie Ho holds a dual appointment as Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the National University of Singapore's Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Cardiac, Thoracic & Vascular Surgery at the National University Hospital. She brings her academic expertise directly to patient care and is the Director of the Direct Endovascular Therapy Division within the Vascular Surgery Department, where she leads a team focused on advanced, minimally vascular treatments.

Professor Ho, after graduating from the University of Hong Kong in 1995, completed her surgical training and was awarded her Fellowship from the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong in 2002. Her clinical practice and research are dedicated to advancing care for complex conditions, including hemodialysis access management and revascularization for chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). Being a leading authority in the field, she has authored over 82 peer-reviewed publications and co-authored the seminal textbook, “Practical Guide to Surgical & Endovascular Hemodialysis Access Management”.
Professor Ho's leadership also extends internationally. She is the President of the Society of Dialysis Access Specialists and has been the driving force as Director of the Dialysis Access Synergy Conference in 2017, 2019 2022, 2023, and 2024.
